There are 2 main types of registration you will do with the Athletics Office:

All student-athletes participating in sports during the school year (including Marching Band), must complete the Athletic Clearance process through the link in the submenu below Registration. The whole process, including uploading a current, valid physical exam (available under Forms), must be completed before participation in our programs during the school year. The window for submitting clearances for the 2025/2026 school year is now open. Physicals must be dated after June 10, 2025 so they are valid for the entire school year, so please plan your appointments accordingly. If you are unable to get an appointment with your doctor, there are a number of low-cost options available in our area. We also have an opportunity with Exer Urgent Care for Summer 2025 that is posted on our website.

Our Summer Camps are run separate from our school year programs. The clearance process or physical does not need to be completed for participation in Summer Camps. Summer 2025 forms are available on the website under Summer Camps. Incoming SHS Students – Calendar Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6pm in the Cafeteria for our annual Meet the Coaches Night and Summer Registration/Information Night.
